My name is Mira Michele Rabbon. I am a retired project manager from the software industry, who went through “reform school” and came out the other side a human being. I trained as a meeting facilitator, and found myself in the middle of the jungles of Costa Rica, facilitating meetings for people working to save the rainforest. I trained to become a chaplain, and found myself working in a hospital ICU department during the pandemic… in short, life has been full of adventures. All of the experiences I’ve had have helped me become who I am today: I am less brittle, less fragile, more empowered, more fun-loving, more compassionate, and more able to work with both that which is difficult, and that which is joyful. In short, the moved from being a strategic thinker and a highly organized project manager to a more relaxed, laid-back person has helped me become a better human. I hope you’ll join me in this wild adventure called life — where we get to learn about emotions and emotional balance, and about creating social connection — to give ourselves the gift of learning how to be more fully and confidently ourselves.
